Search & Add Club*
You can use this link to search for a used golf club's trade-in value and you can also add golf clubs to your monthly log sheet. To search for a golf club's trade-in value simply choose its club type, manufacturer, shaft material, and condition. Then click Show Clubs. This will bring up a list of all clubs that meet the criteria you just entered. Once you find the club you are looking for you will also see its trade-in value next to it and a checkbox next to the value. At this point you can tell your customer the corresponding value of their club(s) and if they decide to trade it in you can now add the club to your monthly log sheet. Simply click on the checkbox next to the club, a checkmark will show up inside the box. Then click Add Selected. You will then be brought to another page where you will confirm your trade-in. If you are looking up an iron set that has more or less than 8 irons you must change the number of irons to see the new price of the iron set. The default number is set to 8, if you have to change this number the price will automatically update so that you can relay this new price to your customer. If you are entering a wood or putter that comes with a headcover, you will need to click on the headcover box to place a checkmark in it. Then you will click Add to Log Sheet. This will add your new trade-in to your monthly log sheet. You will be able to see on the next page what golf club you have just added to your log sheet. From this page you can Search and Add Another golf club or you can view your current log sheet.

Condition Guide
You can use this link to view the criteria of each condition category for all golf club types. After you click on this link you will see a brief description of the condition guide and some rules regarding the condition of your used golf club trade-ins. At the top of this page you will be able to choose a club type to see the criteria for each condition category related to that club type. Once you click on one of the club types you will be brought to that club type's condition guide. You will then be able to read the criteria for each condition category, excellent, good, and fair. You will also be able to look at any pictures, if available, and you will also see what makes a golf club unacceptable. From the home condition guide page you can also click on Exotic Graphite to see our list of exotic graphite shafts. A club will not be accepted as having an exotic graphite shaft unless that shaft is on this list.

View Log Sheets*
This link simply enables you to view past log sheets. After you click on this link you will be able to choose the month and year you want to view and then click Select. You will then be able to see all clubs that were on your log sheet for that particular month.

Edit/Finalize Current Log*
With this link you can double-check your log sheet at the end of the month, remove any golf clubs if necessary, and finalize your monthly log sheet. To remove a club simply click on the box next to that club, it should now have a checkmark in the box. Then click Remove Selected at the bottom of the page. You will then be brought to a confirm page where you will see the golf club trade-ins that you are about to remove from your log sheet. If they are correct you must then click Remove Selected again to permanently remove them. You will then be brought back to the Edit/Finalize Current Log page. Now you can finalize your monthly log sheet by clicking on Finalize Log Sheet. You will then be brought to another page where you will be able to check over your trades one last time. If they are correct you can then click Finalize Log Sheet at the bottom of the page. Your log sheet is then permanently finalized for that month. On the next page you can then begin to prepare your shipping labels or you can wait and just click on the shipping link when you're ready to finalize your shipping information. If you want to prepare shipping information now, just click on the Click Here to Prepare Shipping link. You will then be able to enter the number of boxes you will be shipping to Second Chance Golf Clubs. Once you've entered the number of boxes, click Continue. Then you will have to enter the weight, width, length, and height of each box and then click Continue. You will then be able to double-check your shipping info. If its correct you can then click confirm.

Shipping*
You can use this link if you did not finalize your shipping information when you finalized your monthly log sheet. Once you click on this link you will be able to enter the number of boxes you will be shipping to Second Chance Golf Clubs. Once you've entered the number of boxes, click Continue. Then you will have to enter the weight, width, length, and height of each box and then click Continue. You will then be able to double-check your shipping info. If its correct you can then click confirm.

Email Reminders*
You can use this link to request an email to be sent to you at the end of each month to be reminded to finalize your monthly log sheet. If the box has a checkmark in it you will receive an email reminder and if it is not checked you will not receive an email reminder.

Change Password*
This is where you can change your password. Just enter your current password and your new password twice and then click Change. Your password will then be changed and you will be able to login again with your new password.

Update Contact Info*
You can use this link to change any of your contact info that you have registered with Second Chance Golf Clubs. You can not change your username but you can change any other info that you may need. Just make all necessary changes and click Update.
